"​Candidly Speaking has been a great support for our Housing department.  When we introduced Candidly Speaking for our first session for a departmentwide meeting, we were unsure how our staff would respond. Our staff loved the experience and we've continued to bring Candidly Speaking to provide monthly sessions for our staff for the past two years. We are grateful to them for helping our staff connect during a time of extreme isolation during the pandemic and onwards.

Our experience has been eye-opening. Our staff were able to interact more with our executives and raise workplace satisfaction issues in the office that have spurred some organizational changes. We've also been able to lift up difficult conversations that impact our staff's every day lives such as how it is to live during unsafe times. We were able to see the effects of the dynamics in our office: Our trust amongst coworkers has grown, our listening skills strengthened, and our communication with one another has become more honest and generous. This has positively impacted our organizational culture of belonging.

I have worked with Adolpha for two years now, and she has been an asset with her advice and feedback. The whole team has been amazing, making us feel comfortable discussing complex topics while helping us share our experiences and points of view candidly.
