​What is Candidly Speaking?

Candidly Speaking is a 501c3 non-profit organization that works toward inclusion in diverse environments. We have developed an innovative program that is used across the U.S. in government, businesses, and schools. We facilitate communication, fostering more authentic relationships in the workplace and the community. We create a conversational framework to provide a social experience that enhances connection.

For those of us who can't always afford therapy weekly or feel disconnected from coworkers because of working remotely or in a siloed working environment, this program is so healing and affirming to listen and see who thinks similarly and differently and to find new ways to connect and relate to one another.
